"Caitlyn brought invaluable outside perspective, free from our creative biases. She broadened our thinking and provided solid reasoning to inform design decisions. In particular, she referenced studies about ux sound in hospitals. I was familiar with some of that research but hadn't made the connection to our project. It was a great cross-industry insight that clarified our approach."
